The general description
Kosun uses best materials and latest technics in the manufacture of SC-13 linear shale shaker, which is the first stage equipment of solid control system. It is endowed with high efficiency, convenient & simple operation & maintenance, function modularization, all of which makes the allocation more flexible.
High efficiency
It employs the super strong exciting force produced by imported vibrating motor and we also apply KOSUN screen and blockage, which strengthens the screen capacity dramatically and improves the degree of dryness of drilling solids. It decreases the number of equipment involved and drilling fluids cost together with discharging fees of drilling solids.
Simple operation & maintenance
The tension system of single side screens shortens the change time of screens considerably and reduces working intensity.  BesidesIt can be installed on any side of the shale shakers according to operating space available.
Compared with normal operating procedures of hydraulic cylinder AWD basket angle adjusting device can adjust the basket from -1°to 5°conveniently while working as long as the handle is shaked to-and-fro which is more reliable and more convenient for maintenance.
The spare side pipeline system of weir type feeder box makes the short circuites of shale shakers more convenient.
Different feeding ways provide more customer-oriented choices.
Function modularization
As the first stage solid control equipment, the average treating rate reaches 500-600 GPM(114-136m3/h) when the density of mud is 9-10ppg(1.2kg/L) and the screen mesh is 140.2 sets of SC-13 linear shale shakers is as effective as 3 normal shale shakers.
AS the bottom flow shaker of the mud cleaner, SC-13 linear shale shaker can reduce the fluids loss in the bottom flow of the cyclone effectively. Its economic profits are especially remarkable while expensive drilling fluids is used.
As oil base solids dryer, the oil proportion in the oil base solids secondly treated by SC-13 linear shale shakers is below 10%.
